Appointment-Based Service

• All facility visits require advance appointment scheduling
• Appointments must be requested through our contact form
• We recommend scheduling 1-2 business days in advance
• Failure to appear for scheduled appointments may result in service restrictions
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational needs

Custom Cutting Service

Specifications

• All measurements are final once cutting begins
• Maximum length: 25 feet (cut from continuous roll)
• Minimum quantity and increment requirements apply per product
• Custom cuts typically ready within 1-2 business days

Accuracy

We maintain cutting tolerances of ±3 inches for length measurements. If your application requires tighter tolerances, please specify when ordering.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by our payment processor
• Order confirmations will be sent via email

Returns and Exchanges

Custom-Cut Products

Custom-cut foam products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature. Please verify all specifications before placing your order.

Pre-Cut Products

• May be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Must be in original condition and packaging
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Defective Products

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any defects.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our foam products will:

This guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper storage.
